Timing belt generator
Generate a closed timing belt sized to the two pulleys it runs on
A closed toothed belt built as one watertight loop, sized so it meshes with the pulley generator at the same profile and tooth counts. Pick the profile by name — pitch alone does not identify a belt, because GT2-3M and HTD-3M share a 3 mm pitch and their teeth are different heights. Tooth count is the primary input, the way a belt is actually sold, so the loop closes exactly with no seam where the pattern meets itself; the centre distance is then derived, because for a given belt and two pulleys there is exactly one distance at which it is tight. Unequal pulleys are handled properly, tilting the straight runs and splitting the wrap. Download a print-ready STL or 3MF.
