Generate a print-in-place ball-and-socket joint (captive ball + socket)

A ball on a stem captured inside a socket whose opening is narrower than the ball, so it swivels freely and cannot pull out — desk-lamp arms, phone mounts, poseable figures. It prints pre-assembled, the ball floating on a clearance gap all round.
