Generate a printable centrifugal blower wheel — straight, backward- or forward-curved blades on a hub bored for your motor shaft
The blade is the part you cannot draw by hand. A blade camber line is the integral of its own angle along the radius, so naming the two angles — where it meets the inlet circle and where it leaves the rim — is what produces the curve, and 90° at both ends gives an exactly straight radial blade. Pick a family instead if you would rather: straight paddles that work either way round, backward-curved leaning against rotation, or forward-curved for the squirrel-cage shape. Set the wheel and inlet diameters, the blade height and count, and bore the hub for your motor shaft with an optional D-flat. The panel checks the one thing that is invisible until it has happened: whether the blade count has crowded the blades shut where they cross the inlet. It makes no claim about how much air the wheel moves — that depends on the housing and the motor, which this part does not know about. Download a print-ready STL or 3MF.
