How much slack a printed joint needs is a property of your printer, filament and slicer rather than of the design — so this replaces the usual print-it-twice with one plate: a row of holes or slots stepping through a clearance range, each station engraved with its value, plus a gauge pin at the nominal size. The first station the gauge enters cleanly is your real clearance. Run it once round and once flat; they differ. Download a print-ready STL or 3MF.
