Clamp generator
Generate a printable screw clamp — a C-clamp, or a two-plate clamp whose V-jaw is cut for a named pipe, conduit or tube size
A trade size is not a diameter: 3/4in PVC pipe is 26.7 mm across, 3/4in EMT conduit is 23.4 mm and 3/4in copper is 22.2 mm — three pipes, one name. Name the stock and the V-groove is cut from its published outside diameter, so the tube seats on the groove faces instead of riding on the two mouth edges. Choose a C-clamp to reach round the work, or a two-plate clamp with two screws to grip a tube, a rail or a table edge. The frame is tapped to match a printed coarse thread, so it assembles with no hardware at all — or cut it for a real bolt and nut instead. Download a print-ready STL or 3MF.
