Living hinge generator

Generate a parametric living hinge (two panels + flexure web)

Two rigid panels joined by a thin flexure web that bends in place — the joint for lids, clips and folding boxes. The web can be one continuous strip or cut into a row of tabs for less stress and more give. Print orientation decides how long it lasts: lay the part so the web flexes across the layer lines, and reach for PETG, PP or TPU rather than PLA. Download a print-ready STL or 3MF.
