Snap, angle, and units

Set grid snap, angle snap, and display units.

These dock controls govern precision: grid snap quantizes moves, angle snap quantizes rotation, and the unit toggle changes how dimensions are shown (the model is always millimeters internally).

1. Use the Snap pill to set grid spacing.
2. Use Angle to set rotation snap.
3. Switch display units with the mm / in toggle.
