Move a vertex

Click a corner, then drag it with the gizmo — the faces around it stretch to follow.

Move vertex grabs a corner of any solid and drags it, deforming the faces that meet there — a direct mesh edit, not a CSG sweep. The gizmo persists after each commit so moves chain, and it works on booleans and imported meshes. Like the edge tools, a corner is captured in world space, so a later move or rotate of the body stays correct; changing the body’s parameters afterward can invalidate the capture. (Smooth round rims have no corners to grab; use Move edge for those.)

  1. Activate Move vertex.
  2. Click a corner to pick it — a gizmo appears on it.
  3. Drag the gizmo to move the corner; the surrounding faces follow.
  4. The corner stays selected after each move, so you can keep adjusting it.
