Drop to plate

Seat a part down onto the build surface.

Drop to plate moves the selection down until it rests on the build surface, so nothing floats above or sinks below the plate.

1. Select an object.
2. Open Orient → Drop to plate.
3. It moves straight down onto Z = 0.
