Enclosure (project box)

A shelled base and a matching lid, sized to your electronics.

The enclosure generator builds a small assembly, not one primitive: an open-top shelled base — optionally with four corner screw bosses and pilot holes — plus a separate lid with matching clearance holes. An inset lid adds a lip that seats inside the walls; a flat lid is a plain plate. Everything is made from ordinary primitives and booleans, so every part re-opens in the property panel and stays parametric. The lid is laid out next to the base so both print flat.

  1. Set the outer width, depth, height, and wall thickness.
  2. Turn on corner screw bosses and pick a lid style — flat, or an inset lip that drops inside the walls.
  3. Generate: the base and lid drop in beside each other as editable parts.
