History timeline
Scrub, retro-edit, and branch your edit history.
The timeline is your model’s full parametric history. Every operation is a step you can scrub to, edit in place (re-running the steps after it), or remove. Rolling back is non-destructive — a viewport banner lets you return to the latest state or commit to the earlier point, which drops the later steps. Editing while rolled back branches the history.
- Open the Timeline panel to see every operation, newest at the top down to Start.
- Click any step to roll the model back to that point — it is non-destructive.
- Click a step’s edit control to change its values and replay the steps after it.
- While rolled back, use the viewport banner to Restore (commit to here) or Cancel (return to latest).
